Bronze Contract
This contract provides two preventative maintenance visits
per printer, per annum, together with all routine replacement
spares. The contract also offers the following discounts.
- 5% Discount on Workshop Service
- 5% Discount on Parts Repaired at Domino
- 5% Discount on Training Courses
- 5% Discount on Breakdown Calls
Silver Contract
This contract provides two preventative maintenance visits
per printer, per annum, all routine replacement spares, a
minimum of two Breakdown visits per site, per annum (amount is
dependent on number of printers), up to £500.00 of spare parts
per printer (fitted by a Domino engineer) and Extended Hours
Helpline support. The contract also offers the following
discounts.
- 10% Discount on Additional Breakdown visits
- 5% Discount on Workshop service
- 5% Discount on Parts repaired at Domino
- 5% Discount on Training Courses
Relax (Service Only) Contract
This contract provides two preventive maintenance visits
per printer, per annum, all routine replacement spares, all
Qualified Breakdown visits, per site, per annum together with
Extended Hours Helpline support.
Specialist Inks Contract 1
This contract provides two preventative maintenance visits
per printer, per annum, together with all routine replacement
spares. The contract also offers the following discounts.
- 5% Discount on Workshop Service
- 5% Discount on Parts Repaired at Domino
- 5% Discount on Training Courses
- 5% Discount on Breakdown Calls
Including printer flush.
Specialist Inks Contracts 2 (262BK)
This contract provides two preventative maintenance visits
per printer, per annum, together with all routine replacement
spares. The contract also offers the following discounts.
- 5% Discount on Workshop Service
- 5% Discount on Parts Repaired at Domino
- 5% Discount on Training Courses
- 5% Discount on Breakdown Calls
Including printer flush, pressure pumphead and charge
electrode change.
Relax (Coding Services) Contract
This is a contract has three main elements Fluids, Service
and Training. With this contract we will evaluate a
monthly value for each element from your production levels and
you have the benefit of knowing your total monthly budget for
coding.
Extended Hours Technical Helpline Support Contract
This contract offers Technical Telephone support only, for
the following hours
Monday -
Friday
6.30am - 9.00pm
Saturday & Sunday
9.00am - 2.00pm
24-Hour Technical Helpline Support Contract
This contract offers Technical Telephone support only, for
24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
