深度チェック ： セルチェック CIL-Zは、ミクロン単位の解像度で深度（刷版、グラビア胴）をチェック可能です。ＲＳ２３２Ｃインターフェース経由で、二次元のＸＹに加えて、深度 Ｚを即座に測定します。.

セルチェック CIL-Zは、深度測定に最適なシステムです。ドリルされた穴の非接触測定では、指定した２点のピント面間の距離をディジタル測定します。
The ideal tool for depth measurements. For non-contact measurement of the depth of drill holes, the digital gauge measures the distance between two focusing planes. To keep the depth of field, a potential source of error, shallow, measurement should be carried out at the highest magnification in relation to the desired field of view. For this reason, the measurement system is supplied with all objectives available.
The practically no-play coaxial travel permits exact setting of the fine focusing planes. Essential for an optimum measuring result: make sure you always focus the upper and lower fine focusing planes from the same side. This ensures that no inaccuracy in the measurement occurs due to slight play when reversing. And here the coaxial illumination directly through the objective plays an important role. Because only thanks to this path of light can the fine focusing planes be seen exactly. For depth measurement tasks, too, the MST stand provides the stability you need. The CCD camera image can be further processed on the computer with the aid of our Metric measurement software Metric Plus Z-Value. The depth values measured can be entered in the image by means of the labelling function and then saved for documentation purposes.
